In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "hor77" / "we" / "us" / "our" means the operator of the hor77 Platform and all associated services.
• "Platform" means the hor77 website at hor77.com, its mobile-optimised version, all subdomains, and any application provided by hor77 to access its services.
• "Account" means the individual registered account created by a User on the Platform.
• "User" / "you" / "your" means any person who accesses the Platform, creates an Account, or uses any hor77 service.
• "Pakistan Player" means a User accessing the Platform from Pakistan or whose registered address is within Pakistan.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the native currency of the Platform.
• "Wager" / "Bet" means any real-money stake placed by a User on any sporting event, casino game, live dealer table, or other gambling product available on the Platform.
• "Bonus Funds" means any non-cash promotional credit applied to a User's Account subject to separate wagering requirements.
• "KYC" means the Know Your Customer identity verification process required for first withdrawals and other account activities.

To register an Account with hor77, you must:

• Be a natural person aged 18 years or older at the time of registration.
• Provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full name, valid email address, Pakistan mobile number, and date of birth.
• Not already hold an existing hor77 Account. Only one Account per person, per household, and per device is permitted.
• Not be registered on any self-exclusion scheme or gambling block list.
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.
• Not be acting on behalf of any other person or entity in creating the Account.

hor77 reserves the right to refuse Account registration to any applicant without providing reasons. Registration does not constitute a guarantee of continued access to the Platform.

You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your Account. This includes all Wagers placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested, whether or not authorised by you. You must keep your login credentials — including your password and any Two-Factor Authentication codes — strictly confidential and must not disclose them to any third party.

If you become aware or suspect that an unauthorised person has accessed your Account, you must notify hor77 immediately via live chat support. hor77 will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised Account access where the breach of security arose from your own failure to safeguard your credentials.

hor77 may require you to complete KYC verification at any point. Required documents include but are not limited to:

• A copy of your valid Pakistani National Identity Card (CNIC) showing your full name and date of birth.
• Proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence issued within the last 3 months).
• A clear selfie photograph.
• Evidence of your payment method (e.g. screenshot of Easypaisa or JazzCash wallet registered in your name).

Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe following a request may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges or account closure at hor77's discretion.

All financial transactions on the Platform are conducted in PKR. hor77 accepts deposits via the following methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL Internet Banking, UBL, MCB Bank, and USDT (at prevailing exchange rates to PKR).

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is 10,000 PKR. hor77 does not charge fees on deposits. Processing times are typically under 30 seconds for Easypaisa and JazzCash, and up to 24 hours for bank transfers. Deposits must originate from payment methods registered in the Account holder's own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is 50,000 PKR. The maximum single transaction withdrawal limit for fully verified accounts is 500,000,000 PKR. First-time withdrawals require completed KYC verification. hor77 targets a processing time of 5–15 minutes for verified accounts using Easypaisa or JazzCash. Bank transfers may take 1–3 banking days. Withdrawals are processed to the same method and account from which the deposit was made, where operationally possible.

All sports bets placed on hor77 are subject to the specific betting rules applicable to each sport and market, which are published on the Platform. In the event of any conflict between sport-specific rules and these general Terms, the sport-specific rules shall prevail.

• A bet is only valid once it has been confirmed by hor77 and a bet reference number has been issued. Bets acknowledged verbally or via live chat are not valid.
• hor77 reserves the right to refuse, restrict, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including where it suspects irregular betting patterns or the use of automated betting systems.
• All pre-match bets are accepted prior to the scheduled start of an event. Any bet accepted in error after an event has commenced may be voided.
• In-play (live) betting markets are settled based on official results at the time of completion of the relevant market. hor77 reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time without notice.
• Results are determined according to the official result declared by the relevant governing body of the sport or event in question. hor77's decision on the application of results is final.
• Maximum payout limits apply per event and per day. Current limits are displayed on the relevant market page at time of bet placement.

All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible game contributions, and expiry dates. These specific terms are published alongside each promotion on the Platform.

• Bonus funds are held separately from real-money funds. Real-money funds are used before Bonus Funds in all wagers unless otherwise specified.
• Bonuses may only be claimed by the Account holder in whose name the Account is registered. Claiming bonuses through duplicate Accounts or via third parties is prohibited.
• hor77 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time, including where abuse or fraudulent exploitation of the promotion is suspected.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the specified timeframe. Unused Bonus Funds expire automatically upon the deadline.
• Winnings derived from Bonus Funds are subject to the same wagering requirements as the original bonus unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the hor77 Platform. Breach of any prohibition in this section may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, withholding of funds pending investigation, and/or reporting to relevant authorities:

• Opening or operating more than one Account on the Platform.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information at any stage, including registration, KYC, or promotional claims.
• Using the Platform if you are under 18 years of age.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or software to interact with the Platform, place bets, or obtain unfair advantages over other users or hor77.
• Exploiting errors, software faults, or pricing anomalies ("palpable errors") in your favour. hor77 reserves the right to void any bet settled based on a palpable error in odds or market pricing.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or manipulation of sporting events for betting purposes.
• Using the Platform to launder money or conduct any other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to reverse, charge back, or dispute legitimate transactions with your payment provider after a bet outcome has been settled on hor77.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing hor77 staff, agents, or other users in any communication channel.

All content on the hor77 Platform — including but not limited to the hor77 name, logo, website design, text, graphics, software, game interfaces, and compiled data — is the intellectual property of hor77 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gambling activity in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any hor77 Platform content without our prior written consent.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, hor77 shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damage arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity arising in connection with your use of hor77 services.
• Interruptions to the Platform caused by maintenance, technical failures, force majeure events, or third-party service disruptions beyond hor77's reasonable control.
• Delays, errors, or failures in third-party payment processing, including Easypaisa, JazzCash, or bank transfers.
• Any gambling losses sustained through use of the Platform. You acknowledge that gambling involves risk and that you accept full responsibility for all Wagers placed on your Account.

Nothing in these Terms excludes hor77's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

hor77 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms by the Account holder.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, match-fixing, or any other illegal activity.
• Failure to complete required KYC verification within the requested timeframe.
• Discovery that the Account holder is under 18 years of age.
• Compliance with a legal obligation, court order, or regulatory direction.
• Prolonged Account inactivity (defined as 12 consecutive months without login). Dormant Account administration fees may apply after 24 months of inactivity.

Upon Account closure for any reason, any verified real-money PKR balance (excluding Bonus Funds and disputed amounts) will be returned to the Account holder's registered withdrawal method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to any outstanding KYC or investigation requirements.

If you have a dispute regarding a bet settlement, a payment transaction, a bonus application, or any other aspect of your hor77 Account, you should raise the matter in the first instance via hor77 live chat support. The support team will attempt to resolve your query within 24 hours.

If your query cannot be resolved at first level, it will be escalated to the hor77 Disputes Team. You may also submit a formal written complaint to [email protected] (plain text address — not a clickable link). Formal complaints will receive a substantive written response within 5 business days.

hor77's decision on all bet settlement disputes is final, save in cases of demonstrable technical error or manifest error in the application of these Terms. Decisions are made by reference to the applicable sport or game rules, official results, and any relevant Platform logs or records.

hor77 may amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a proposed amendment materially affects the rights or obligations of Account holders, hor77 will provide at least 14 days' advance notice by email to all registered Account holders before the amended Terms take effect.

For minor amendments — including typographical corrections, clarifications that do not change substantive rights, or additions of new game categories — hor77 may update these Terms with immediate effect and post a notice on the Platform homepage for 7 days.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you should close your Account before the effective date. Closure requests received before the effective date of a material change will be processed without penalty.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction in which hor77 is incorporated and licensed.

The English language version of these Terms shall govern in all cases. Any translation of these Terms is provided for convenience only. In the event of any inconsistency between the English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court or other competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
